logo's on the form

Hi,

Is it possible to add business logo's on the output of the form? Now the form is blanco without and we use them to sign them for customers. So if the logo of our company is represent this is much nicer.

While viewing your submissions, there is an option to include headers and text in your submissions:

You can also customize the layout of the PDF.  To do this, go to Submissions page, click on a PDF icon and then open a Customize PDF editor.
