Do I need to recreate the subscriptions in Stripe when switching from test to live?

When I switch from test to live forms, do I need to recreate the subscriptions in JotForms or can I just change the API code to the live codes?

Just change the integration to live mode or put the live keys. You don't need to re-create the subscriptions items, the same when configuring product items.
