I have my forms in MS Word format. I need my clients to be able to fill them out on my website and email them to us.

My website is hosted by GoDaddy and they recommended JotForm. GoDaddy said once JotForm converts my forms so they can be filled out online then we simply send them to GoDaddy and they will replace the forms with your dynamic ones.

How do I get started with this?

Unfortunately, we cannot convert MS word format forms into web forms.  Forms can be embedded to your GoDaddy site, however, they would need to be recreated manually in JotForm.  Though we do not create custom forms, if you would like to try to recreate them, we will be happy to help with any parts you have trouble with.
