after upgrade the plam, the forms are showing 0 (zero) submissions!! The submissions were deleted?

Upgrading a device should not affect your submission. The only way submission would be missing would be if you manually deleted them or used our auto delete app.

Can you please indicate which form you are missing submission so our team can take a deeper look. When reviewing you account a noticed that you have many forms, many which do not have any submission. But did some forms that did have submissions.
