    You can remove the highlight effect from the PREFERENCE wizard. Unfortunately, this is not available in the new wizard. You require to enable the old wizard. To active the old wizard, just add &OLD in the URL. Once you have enable the old wizard, open the PREFERENCE and go to the FEILD TAB. You can just disable the HIGHLIGHT EFFECT
