Why there is a missing form in my account?

    I saw the answer on this elsewhere and realize I must have done the same thing. I have an account but must have created a form as a guest and now I can't access it. The form is https://www.jotform.com//?formID=33376938007965. My account email is sande@sandelollis.com. So can I get that form and any other in the guest account moved over to mine?

    I have checked the form and I can see you have created it under the account you're currently logged in ( lunarplaytime ), the reason why you cannot find this form is because you have moved it to the Archive folder, the form is there:
