How do I make it so someone can only choose one of the options on the form?

I am using radio buttons, and want to limit the customer to only be able to choose one option.

Radio button field is actually for single selection only. It is designed to allow the user to choose only one of a predefined set of options. While checkbox field is designed for multiple selection.
