i received an email saying i have went over 1,000 views in a month....i have had my account for 1-2 years....even if it's 1,000 views on my forms since i created my account i find that hard to believe.....unless that includes everyone looking at my forms.....and now my account is saying it is going to downgrade tomorrow unless i make a payment....i only make the forms for a football pool i host....i only have 10 people or less that play my pool every year....is there anything you can do without me paying anything?.....if not then i will take my business elsewhere....i shouldn't have pay.....i am not running a business....it's just a football pool for fun

I would like to inform you that the form views are based on the amount of views that your form receives. So if a user views the form on your webpage, then that will count as one form view. You have exceeded the amount of form views for this month.

You can remove the form view limits on your account by adding a Jotform footer at the bottom of your forms. To do so, simply follow the "How can we increase the form views?" section under this guide: Form View Limits: What is it all about?
