My account is over quota but my submissions are well within limits.

I have a free account which allows me 1000 form submissions however mine is well below that this month yet it still says I am out of form submissions.

Please note that in free account you can receive up to 100 form submissions and 1000 form views.

I did check your account and found that you have received 1074 form views and that is the reason why your account is currently over quota and all your forms are disabled. Please note that every time your form is loaded in browser or the webpage where you have embedded your form is loaded in browser, it is counted as valid form view. To solve your account issue, we can offer you two possible options:

#1. We can double the current form view limits of your account. You can have a total of 2,000 monthly form views on your account.

#2. We can completely remove the form view limits, but you will have to agree to add footer with the JotForm's logo on all of your forms. Showing the JotForm logo is completely optional and you can any time enable/disable it form your account setting page. Please check the screenshot below:
