Received a blank submission form

I'm checking your forms and none of them have required fields when you view them initially, meaning your users can simply submit a blank form. 

I just made a submission on your form titled "Brave Girl Boot Camp Conference" without filling out anything on the form, you should be able to see in your end.

It would be best to set the necessary fields you need to be required. I checked the form I tested, you can see that your users do not need to actually fill out anything, they can submit it, the required fields you have are hidden, so basically they are still not required unless they fill out a field (which is actually optional in your form).

It would be best to redesign your forms and set the necessary required fields needed to be completed. One good example is the agreement on the online waiver, I presume that for them to submit the form they understand and agree that your package is non-refundable:
