Why has my form disabled?

    Hi Jot form Support Team

    Recently I have noticed that all my forms have been disabled.

    Could you please reactivate them.

    You have been auto suspended because of the signup form in your account. The form is asking for an email and password which trigger our system filter to auto suspend your account. Please be informed that we do not support this type of forms, please check our Terms of Use for more details (http://www.jotform.com/terms/).

    I have reactivated your account, but I have deleted the said fields from the form. Please refrain from adding them again. If you need the information, please ask them through email instead.
