I has able to replicate mentioned issue when I tried to open mentioned file on submission page of your account.
I checked the other submissions and it seems like the problem is isolated to this file only. I would suggest you ask your customer to sent you that file via email, or you can ask them to re-submit the form. This seems to happen when the upload process was interrupted, either by the browser or their network connection. The files were not successfully saved in our servers.
