Why cant my clients get back into their Save & Continue form with the email link?

    Hey Jotform Family,

    I created a Save & Continue form for one of my clients. The form was working well but is having a few issues with saving the information that was previously submitted and also making some people start all over again.

    One issue I find is that some people think that they are creating an account so they keep going back to page 1 instead of going to the link that was sent in their email in order to get back to the form. When they do that, is this automatically deleting their previous information? 

    One person told me that when they went back to the link, it told her that she had to start all over. Please help me with a solution to this problem, QUICK.

    Once the next button is clicked on the session URL, the session will be automatically stored in the JotForm servers and it can be accessed later by using the same URL. I have tested your JotForm by submitting Page 1 and the session on the second form is working properly after going to the second page.

    Please try replacing the session URL with the following URL so that the user need not to enter the name and email address again. 


    You may also consider changing the text for the next button on the first page to "Save & continue".
