Does the available space of 100MB reset every month on the Starter package? 

I would like to inform you that the available space of 100MB will not reset every month. If you exceed the limit of available space, you will need to delete some of the uploaded files to free up some space.

Only the 100 monthly submissions and the 1,000 monthly form views will reset every month. If you need further assistance, please let us know.
