Is there any way I can integrate the fillable pdf into the form?Asked by lavin on June 28, 2016 at 11:29 PM
I have a fillable pdf form which was crated with adobe. I managed to import the form into Jotform. Now comes the tricky part.
I have already created a form in jotform where my clients will need to upload multiple documents and whatnot. Is there any way at all I can integrate the fillable pdf into this document as i want the clients to be able to view the full form as there are quite a bit of fine print and all. Please do let me know how this can be accomplished, and if there is a direct way or even a workaround.
You can embed a PDF file into the form by using the iframe embed widget. Simply enter the URL of the pdf file during setup and it will then be displayed to your form. Here's a demo so you can see it in action: https://form.jotform.com/61798500313959. If you need further assistance, please let us know.
