Unable to complete a security check, even though IP is whitelisted

    plz help am not able to whitlist it, though it says it has been whitw listed, i get the same page over an over

    I'm afraid it is unclear where you have seen the "whitelisted" message, and there aren't any JotForm accounts registered with the email address you are currently using.

    Could you please describe in more details what is the exact issue you are experiencing?
