Combining submissions in one form in real time, not CV fileAsked by emilioseirn on June 29, 2016 at 05:18 PM
i would like to combine the submissions of two forms (without merging the forms) in real time and be able to keep it that way, without having to download the CV file. I basically want the submissions of two forms to go to the same spot -- that's it. Is this possible?
We only have an app that combine submissions of two forms and allows you to download it in a CSV file, take a look to the app here: http://combine.jotform.io/
What I think you're looking for is that you see the submitted data for both forms in the submissions page, please do correct me if I misunderstood your question.
Perhaps we can escalate this thread to our second level as a feature request, but, please provide s more details about what you're looking for, currently I think about the app shared above, but with the submissions page, please do let us know and we will be glad to escalate it.
yes, i was looking at Combine Jotform but i don't think it does what I'd like to do.
I'm trying to see if I can combine the responses/ submissions that I'm getting from two jotfroms (only difference is that they are in different languages). Instead of always having to open both of these forms to see responses, I would like to have all of the responses to both of these forms in one place so it makes it easier to track. both of my forms are on-going, meaning i'm always getting new submissions. That's that my question -- can i do this? when i was looking at Combine, it seemed that it only does that once through downloading the CSV file -- which is not what i'm looking for. hopefully that makes sense now?
Thank you for the information. I have a question, are both the forms identical and they differ with the language?
If they are identical, Jotform enables you to create a multi-language form.
This allows you to have the same form in multiple languages and all the data will be placed in the location. This will also avoid you to have to combine submission data from multiple forms.
