I've created 2 new users and informed theirs emails.
No user name and no password was asked.
How to activate these users?

You do not need to active these accounts, once they receive the email notifying them that were added as sub-users they should be able to see shared forms in their accounts.
I have also checked the email addresses and I was unable to find accounts related to them, could you please confirm with your users that they can see the forms?
If they are not able, please provide us the usernames, we will be glad to check them for you.
