What I would like to do is have a form that a user can enter data (name) into a cell and that data entryh is compared to a DB or form that contains a URL that is returned to the user and is actionable.
It is not currently possible to query a database from within forms. You could set up conditions to show specific URL's based on data entered in the form:
However, it is not possible to compare what is currently entered in a form to data stored in a database.
