its already first of the month, but can't see any monthly refresh...

    I have asked you same questions before, but still not able to get any answer yet. 

    Why it takes so long to refresh free plan on first of the month?  How long do I have to wait? or do I have to refresh?

    Hello hanazono,

    JotForm's servers uses Eastern Standard Time, so the reset should take effect sometime after 12mn (EST), which should be some 30 minutes from now. 

    If you have not received a response from us from your questions before, an email notifying that you have received a response might have landed on your junk mail folder, you may check the said folder for any emails from JotForm. If you are using a different email address or you have a different username which you asked those questions, it would be great if you can share it with us so we can check what happened to those questions.
