Hi,
I tried it using the iframe embed widget to have both the PDF and signature on the same container.
Here is the test form https://form.jotform.com/61820649460962
But I do not see what will be the purpose of doing this. You will not be able to capture the signature data since it is on a separate iframe on the form.
If you can describe to us more what is the objective of wanting to do this, we will look for workaround/solution also.
Cheers.

That's not possible unfortunately, and I don't think there's a workaround for it.
Your fillable PDF form is a document file while the signature widget is a web script that will only work internally within the form. In short, it is not possible to merge them.
Your best option is to edit your PDF file and add a signature element in it. This article might be of help https://helpx.adobe.com/reader/using/fill-and-sign.html.
Thank you!

lavinReplied on July 1, 2016 at 3:47 AMWell thats a bummer. But now lets say i have the document in a word form is
there anyway i can embed it in jotform and get the signature to work with
it. I am so sorry cause im bugging you guys but i really want this done. I
dont really care if the form is in pdf or not. The only important thing is
the clients who are filling up the form can see the full form and are aware
of what they are signing.
I did try the adobe signature widget but it shows a timestamp and doesnt
really look natural.

Unfortunately, there is no current option available that will allow you to embed your word form or convert your word form to JotForm. If you have a word form, you will need to create it to JotForm manually to capture the data that the user will input on the word form.
Is there any way i can use this http://www.mylivesignature.com/mls_wizard1_6.php in the form?
Unfortunately, you cannot use/add this http://www.mylivesignature.com/mls_wizard1_6.php in your form. There is no current option that will allow you to do this. If you need to add e-signature to your form, you can choose from the following widgets available in JotForm: https://widgets.jotform.com/search/signature.
Do let us know if you need further assistance.
