Expandable text areaAsked by rkelley on July 01, 2016 at 11:16 AM
On our wedding application we have a text box for each of their testimonies. Everyone fills in a different amount of information. I need a box that adjusts with the amount of info they put in. So if I print the form, not the response that get's emailed but the form so I get all of the formatting the way I want, all of that text box needs to print for both people. I thought I did it right by saying no maximum but it doesn't print in this way. Is there a way to make this happen?
print maximum different expandable autoresize
Please check the Textarea Autosize widget. This will allow the textarea to adjust dynamically while you're typing.
Hope that helps. Thank you.
Sorry. Is there a way to edit what I have so that previous answers are still in that area? Otherwise, if I put a widget there and delete the old field I lose all the old data.
Thanks so much,
Add the widget, but don't delete the existing field, simply click on it's gear icon and hide:
