How to adjust Matrix question requirement?

I have two matrix type questions in my form. I have them set to answer required on every row.

The issue is as soon as someone selects one answer it shoots up a message saying answer required on every row.

Can I make this so that the error message only shows when the user attempts to move on to the next page?

Unfortunately, this does not seem to be possible and this is because once you have started filling the matrix field all fields will be required. 

Also, not all forms are multiple pages so would not be possible to know if the next button is clicked when sometimes it is not there. 

The only way to show the error message when clicking on the next button will be leaving the matrix field empty, this will bring up the message indicating the field is required. 

The same happens with radio buttons, if the question needs more than one field selected then if there only one you will get the same message until you select the required number of answers.
