I have just upgraded to Bronze but notice that we did not get our not for profit discount

    I received this email today 

    Thank you for your patience. If you have signed up your account from the web page https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/, you should be receiving an email from us with an application form. You'll need to fill and submit along with the necessary documents that are required so that your account shall be approved with the special pricing of Non-profits.

     

    Hope this information helps!

    I had already upgraded to Bronze but cannot see a discount applied to our account as yet.

    Please can you assist further

    Your non-profit application is still pending for approval but looks like you've upgraded your account to our Bronze Monthly Plan. Anyways, I have just approved your application. Please check your email for the additional instruction on how to activate your non-profit pricing. You need to re-upgrade once you see the discounted price then we'll refund your current payment.
