since two months ago I have a problem with my form, I tried in many ways to solve the problem but still the same, customers complaining that they are not able to send the submission, every time they hit the submit button, they get (There are errors on the form. Please fix them before continuing.
and as you can see NO fields are mandatory . can you help? please
I already tried deleting cookies

also I thing it has nothing to do with embedding, because I tried the direct PREVIEW (https://form.jotform.com/60297186325965) and still get the error.

I have tried submitting your JotForm and was able to submit the form without any errors. Are you still experiencing any issues with the form? I see that there are few widgets on your JotForm. Please open the wizard of the widgets and update them and see if that makes any difference. Also, please make sure that the widgets are not required fields on your JotForm.

thanks for responding, actually the form has only one widget (Form Separators) and I just updated that, but still no vail

I also made a test submission on your form and was not able to see any problems:
Perhaps we are missing something here. Are your users or you have a special way of filling out the form? Is there a specific step by step? Does it involved multiple forms in the process?
Have you tried using a different browser? Is the problem specific to a browser or it happens to all of the browsers you have? We are unable to replicate the issue and the form is actually receiving submission, I see it has submissions dated this July 4, 5 and 6.

i did use different browsers, still the same, but here is an UPDATE:
the error appears only when I fill in the Email address that has been already used before, for example my regular clients get the error because but new client don't? is it something related to cookies? maybe
when I use a (new email address) which has been never used in the form before than I don't get the error. kan you try fill in the form with my email (email@example.com) and see if you get the error ? please

I just submitted a test form in your site and did not have any problems submitting the form. I used the email you provided and it went through fine.
By your description, it sounds that you have enable the UNIQUE QUESTION enable. I have reviewed and it is disable (no fields selected). I am assuming that you have already removed this.

IT HAS BEEN ALREADY (NO CHECK).
I duplicated the form but still get the error, so I am making a new form from scratch and hope get rid of this annoying error. will let you know. thanks

I also cloned your form to test it and was unable to reproduce the error, even when submitting the form multiple times with the same data. I was also able to submit the form when completely blank.
