Upload space and submission storage has not reduced when all forms have been deleted

I have deleted all forms and submission from our account, however the upload space and storage submission space has not reduced.

The account is stating that my upload space is full, but the account has no forms or data in it. Please could you put those limits back to zero as I need to start using the account again and this glitch is preventing me from dong that.

I have just reviewed and did notice that you do not have any forms in your inbox. When checking your trash bin. I did noticed that the form are still there. Once you purge all the forms from the trash bin, the counter will reset.
