"this form does not use a secure connection"

When I go to the card details section, it goes to auto fill my form on Chrome and comes up with '"this form does not use a secure connection'. This makes it look very risky for my customers. I thought jotform was secure?

Please let me know how to get rid of it and if jotform has a secure connection or not?

    Thanks

Your form is being loaded over a secure connection (https):

All our form links and embed codes are secured by default. This message might be showing since your form is embedded in a non-secure site(not using https): http://www.customlogoshop.com/order-us

Is there any way around this without converting to https? Does this mean my form is not secure?

Your form is secured, however you can embedded an insecure image (hosted on HTTP) on your form which triggers that error.

    This is the image: http://www.customlogoshop.com/img/secure-stripe.png

To fix it, instead of using that URL, you can upload the above image to your form using the Image field under Basic Fields so it will be uploaded to JotForm's secure server.

Here's how to upload an image to your form.

I still get the form warning. I made all the images uploaded through jotform here http://www.customlogoshop.com/order

I can see that you have already corrected the image URLs. Your stand alone form is now establishing the secure connection.

However, please be aware that you have embedded the secure form on a non-secure page (http), so any security issues after that may have something to do with this issue. We suggest to use HTTPS (secure) on your domain as much as possible to avoid any security issues. (All payment gateways uses secure connection so HTTPS is a must)

    Hope this helps!
