Upload Error?

    Our form allows customers to upload files to us.  They are (and we are) getting this error.  Please advise.

    We had a brief issue with our main datacenter and switched to the back up. Everything should currently be back online or will be very shortly.

    Thanks -- we just tested 5 minutes ago, and it's still not working.  What's very shortly?
