Is it possible to have 2 column form and validation field?

Is it possible to have to column in the form presentation ?

Is it possible to add a field reserved for validation of the doc uploaded ? (a box to check for example)

Yes, it is possible to have two column fields in your form. Simply follow the steps below:

1. Click on the gear icon on the field

2. Then select Shrink

3. Follow steps 1 and 2 for each field and the form should now have two columns.

Do you mean you want to add a checkbox to your form? If so, simply follow the guide below.

Open the Basic Fields > Click Check Box
