Hi, looking to transfer ownership of a form that we have in our primary account to a secondary one. Is there a way that we can go about doing this?

Yes, we can move/transfer a form along with all its submissions from one account to another. The request must be posted from the account that currently owns the form, so please make sure you are logged into the correct account when requesting your form to be transferred.

Upon posting such a request on our support forum, and if everything is in order, one of our colleagues will be happy to move the form and its submissions for you.

I would just like to add that if your forms are using customized URLs, such custom URLs are always tied to your username:

This means that when a form is transferred from one account to another, if you were using a custom URL to access the form, the old link would no longer work and you would need to re-embed the form on your website.

We look forward to your response regarding which form you would like us to move, and to which account, so we can proceed. Thank you.
