Form seems to be broken

My form I'm developing is no longer following the logic set down for it and when I click the Next button it simply takes me to a page that doesn't exist and that includes some old field that I deleted the previous day.

Can you please advise what is wrong.

Sorry for inconvenience this may caused you. We had a data replication delay issue recently, but it has now been resolved. I have inspected your live form and your form inside of Form Builder and they look the same. 

Please check your form again. If the issue still persist, please let us know which page should not exist on your form and which fields you deleted. If possible provide us a screenshot.
