Free version of form threshold

    What is the threshold for form uses before you have to go to a paid version.

    Is it 100 or 1000?

    Jotform is telling us that we are going over 1000 hits, but our stats tell us this is impossible.

    Is your threshold 100 or 1000?

    Yes as you've a free account the submissions limit is 100 per month. 

    The email you received is because of the views limit which is 1,000 and you've already reached it. 

    In order to lift the views limit you can show a JotForm footer in your forms, here is a link with more info about our views limit as well as the steps to lift the limit: Form-View-Limits-What-is-it-all-about
