Setting conditions for emails

Hello Support,

How can i set a condition that if there is a certain response my incident  report is automatically emailed to some people within the organisation.

Eg. How many people were injured ?

Responses;

0

1

2

3

If the response is not equal to '0' then form is automatically emailed to a Rehab Officer's email
