Hi, I set up the form and the account and now have handed it over to my secretary so she can handle all the submission and they still come to my inbox. Where have I missed changing my email to hers?

Changing your account email won't change the recipient email in the form. You'll have to manually update the recipient. Please follow the steps from this guide:
