I was going to present your form option platform to my employer this week but when I try to open it, it's distorted. Would you be able to tell me if it's on my end or if you're having issues. I would hate to get into my presentation with this problem.Page URL:

To my understanding and based on your screenshot you seem to be experiencing issues trying to log into your account to use your forms due to the distorted formatting of our website on your end.
I've tested this on our end but I don't think we are currently experiencing any issues as of right now and currently I cannot replicate it either.
As far as I know that sort of thing is tends to occur when your side fails to connect to our server properly to fully load the page formatting properly and that is the result of it as you are seeing now though usually it is only a temporary problem.
Can you try this again now to see if it's still happening?
If it happens again then try using a different browser to see if the same thing occurs or not.
Otherwise, if this problem continues then just let us know.

Yeh, I think it's on my end. Because when I'm not on this server it works fine. I'll just have to build externally. Thank you for checking for me.
