Request to cancel account.

    Hello-

     

    We will need to cancel our account. we are closing.

    I can see you have already cancelled your subscription, your account is currently scheduled to downgrade and it will take effect on July 16, 2016.

    Once your account is downgraded you will not be charged anymore from JotForm; however, if you want us to delete your account, please let us know and we will be glad to proceed with your request.
