why does it say the account is out of space

    Your account looks to have been over limit for file storage prior to upgrading to Bronze.  You can clear up space by deleting submissions that have files attached.  Keep in mind that deleting a submission will remove the data permanently from our system.  I would recommend backing up in necessary data prior to doing so:
