Why won't my pdf file convert?Asked by Darlene Blair on July 12, 2016 at 05:24 PM
I am trying to convert a pdf file of a contract that the rescue I work with uses when one of our dogs is adopted. I uploaded it 2 times but I get a message that it can't be converted but no explanation on why. Is there something I can do to get this file converted?
There doesn't seem to be a way to attach the file in question so I am including it in this message.

If I understand correctly, you want to convert the PDF file into a web form? It appears that the PDF file is not a fillable PDF, and as such it will not be possible to convert it to a web form using Spread2Jot. You will need to create a fillable PDF and convert it to a webform or simply recreate the PDF using the form builder.
