Why can't people submit the form after filled in required parts?

Dear Sir,

My form https://form.jotform.me/61848557682471 has published to other people but when they filled in the required parts, they couldn't submit the form. It said "There are errors, please fix it before continuing". I tried to fix every conditions many times but it's still the same. What is the cause for this?

I have tested your form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue. I have then cloned your form and made some testings on my cloned form. I found out that Terms and Conditions widget was causing mentioned issue. You need to remove that widget from your form and the add it back, to resolve your issue.
