Selected yearly subscription plan instead of monthly plan.

    I have upgraded to the bronze plan, and forgot to click  the monthly billing option. I had only realized this after receiving the receipt from JOTFORM for USD159 which is the yearly billing for the bronze plan, I have now gone back and changed my billing preference to Monthly, I hope this can be rectified as I only need the upgrade for 2 months.

    Hello Shafique,

    That's not a problem. 

    I have gone ahead and processed the refund for your last bronze yearly subscription payment. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

    You can now go ahead and upgrade your account again to bronze monthly subscription plan.
