Can you populate text from a previous field to another field based upon a condition?

My basic form setup is.

Company Name

Attendee 1

Do you have another attendee to register? Y/N

Company Name

Attendee 2

If "Do you have another attendee to register?" is Y, then copy "Company Name" from the first field into the second occurrence of "Company Name".  Is this possible?  Thank you.
