Why my account is showing that I'm out of storage when I'm not?Asked by MSPG on July 14, 2016 at 04:18 PM
The red alert in the corner shows that we are out of storage. The front screen says we have 1555 submissions but when I open the submissions to delete and only leave the 400 most current submissions I only see 140 submissions. Can someone please explain where to find the "hidden" ones or the difference in the count.

I have checked your account and noticed that the counter was showing the incorrect number of submissions; however, I have re-calculated your submissions and it fixed the counter.
Please check as it should be showing 143 submissions right now, if you do not see this corrected on your end, please let us know, we will be glad to help you.
