How do we rotate pictures if they upload upside down?

If I understand correctly, you want to rotate a picture that was already submitted to your form? It is currently not possible to rotate a photo once it has been uploaded. The image will be uploaded as is.

However, you can still download the photo and use a photo editing tool on your device such as MS Paint to rotate the picture. Then simply re-upload the photo in the submission page.
