MI Project Request Form Issue

    I am not able to see project details (detailed list that appears below the form), please see attached file. If i edit the request form then I am able to see all the details. However, if View form option is selected or an Excel file is downloaded only details about timing and IP Address appears.

    Please resolve the issue and restore the information, which can be viewed directly.

    Hello,

    Since you are from EU, EU Safe Forms is enabled in your account. Therefore, you need to access your form submissions page on EU sub-domain to view your form data.

    Example:

    https://eu.jotform.com

    https://eu.jotform.com/submissions/52565190406151

    This is required since your form data are saved on our EU server.
