Not receiving camp registration forms from all clients recently.

    Jotform has worked flawlessly for the past couple of years we have been using online registrations and payments for our kid's camps. HOWEVER....

    This year we have had issues where parents have had to fill out the form multiple times before we actually get it. We are also having parents show up for camp with their kids and they are not on our camp registration list that JotForm gave us, yet they have a confirmation email from PayPal of their registration payment. We checked Jotform and we checked the email notifications and found absolutely nothing for them. When we check our actual PayPal account then we can see their payment.

    What's happening? This is extremely frustrating for both parties.

    ANOTHER ONGOING FRUSTRATION is that when a parent submits their form, and it does go through, the confirmation of the form being sent shows up at the top of the page where they miss it unless they scroll all the way to the top.

    Please help. We are on the $10(?) per month plan.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. I checked your website and I can see that you have two forms embedded in your page. Both the forms are using the script embed method. To avoid any conflicts, can you please embed the form using the iFrame embed code isntead? Here's how: Getting the form iFrame code

    Furthermore, please check and see if IPN is enabled in your paypal account. You can follow this guide to learn how: How to Enable IPN for Paypal.
