How to populate a specific matrix field with the value from a question previously selected in the form

I'd like to populate a specific field in my matrix with the value from a specific question earlier in the form.

The column of row titles corresponds to the questions that were asked earlier in the form.

Next to that row title column, is a column labeled yes/no.  I'd like to see the Yes or No populated in the matrix automatically, based on the answer selected earlier in the form which corresponds to the relative row title. 

Is there a condition that will allow me to do this?

This is possible with 'Update a form field value' conditions added via our old user interface.
