    Send uploads as attachments

    Hello there,

    I have created a form (https://form.jotform.com/61945031306146) and activated the "Send uploads as attachments" in the Advanced Email section.  This worked for the 1st form, but them the second form the uploads were not attached to the email.  Please advise.  Thanks so much

    I have removed the log in credentials in your post. Please avoid adding your password here, it is not necessary. Your thread here in the forum was also set to public, it is not advisable to post your log in credentials. You can also set your thread here in the forum to "Private" if you will be sharing sensitive information. 

    Regarding your concern, you mentioned that it worked for the 1st form, do you mean that you have received the submission email with the file attachments? Now when you say 2nd form, are you referring to a different form aside from this one https://form.jotform.com/61945031306146? Or are you referring to the 2nd submission that you received?

    I cloned your form and made a test submission on my end, I was able to receive the email notification with file uploads attached on them. I have tested using my Gmail and Yahoo mail addresses.

    Please do provide us more information and clarification of the problem you are having. Please also to test it again in your end.

    Please note that the attachments in the email notification is limited to 15MB. Could you check if the size of the files attached is more than 15MB which could be causing the failure of attachments? Also, please try sending a submission by attaching smaller file and let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to take a look again.

    I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, but did you mean 15mb per upload or
    per all uploads combined for an entire submission?

    Do not worry. We are here to answer all your question or doubts you may have. Email servers have set a limit on the amount of the size that can be sent in an attachment. For this reason we have a set a limit of 15MB in total. If all your attachments together are greater then 15MB, it could cause the notification not to be sent or received properly.

    If you require to upload large files, I would recommend you integrate your form with dropbox, google drive and share the link to your users.
