How to make form submit produce a single page pdf in email?

    Hi, I have a 4 page JotForm form that has a signature at the end and produces a legal document.

    When I submit it, it works great and has a PDF attached to the email. However, the attached PDF is a multi-page PDF. Is there some way to make it generate a single PDF attached to the email?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to change any settings in the PDF size. The page size of the PDF submission is set to A4 size enabling the users to print the submission later. If you want, you may remove unnecessary fields in the PDF submission to display the fields in a single page. You may customize the PDF submission from the submissions view.
