Can you reactivate my account please

Your account and forms were auto suspended by the Phishing filter because you have form that capture account information username/password/pin code.
I have activated your account for now so that you can correct this on your form/s.
Please delete the form or at least those fields that capture sensitive data on the form.
You have to comply to this as soon as possible so that the Phishing filter will not suspend the account again.

We apologize for that. We do also screen and filter user added forms in the Form Template gallery. It must be one form that we haven't remove yet.
Thank you for letting us know where the form came from. We will correct and remove that form.
You just need to correct it also on your form so that it will not be flagged as phishing form again by the Phisihg filter.
