    Required & Default not working in the PayPal payment wizard.

    Hi

    I'm selling 2 x t-shirts, so I've set up 2 x products (and an extra product for shipping options).

    I've checked/unchecked all the right options, but my form is still selecting both T-shirts: https://eu.jotform.com//?formID=61936488930367

    I want it to select the men's t-shirt by default.

     

    I think it's a glitch on my form because at some point I switched to the new interface for payment integration and I had been changing the old one.

     

    Can somebody take a look and help me would really appreciate it!

    It seems that there is an issue with the Required and Default options in the payment wizard. Though the second product is not required or not selected as default, I am unable to uncheck the selected second product. I'm testing it further and I'll get back to you as soon as I find any information in this regard.

    I have tried created a new form with the PayPal payment option and also tried cloning your JotForm again. Now, I am not able to replicate the issue and it looks like a temporary issue which has been resolved. 

    If you are still seeing the Women's T-shirt option is selected on your JotForm, it should be because the option Auto-fill is enabled. You may try reloading the form after disabling the Auto-fill option from the form preferences.
